Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Naples, Florida. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling residential and commercial purchase and sale real estate transactions, providing legal advice, reviewing and preparing title insurance policies, preparing appropriate documentation and maintaining high level communication with parties to the transaction. The role involves collaborating closely with clients to ensure their legal needs are met effectively and efficiently, and working professionally with various involved professionals such as attorneys, real estate agents and lenders.

Qualification

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Florida.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate law preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
