Typically requires a Associates degree in computer science or a related experience. Implements system policies and procedures that support the processing environment. Primary Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones
- Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues
- Resolving IT support requests from employees
- Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systemsRequired Qualifications :
- Experience with Networking.
- Microsoft Office.
- Computer repair skills.
- Troubleshooting
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Work on multiple projects and issues.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position or role.
- Associates degree or related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
