Overview of the Role
We are seeking a skilled Telehealth Psychiatrist to join our team. As a Telehealth Psychiatrist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality mental health care to our diverse client population.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and medication management via telehealth platforms.
- Collaborate with therapists and mental health counselors to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide expert guidance on complex mental health cases.
- Maintain accurate records in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Work with Medicaid and commercial insurance clients to ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
- Stay up to date with best practices in psychiatry and telehealth regulations.
Your Background
- Hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Be board-certified in Psychiatry (ABPN).
- Possess an active medical license to practice in the required state(s).
- Have experience in telehealth and virtual psychiatric care.
- A background in Medicaid and commercial insurance credentialing is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Be comfortable working in a remote, tech-driven environment.
