Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient evaluations, assessments, and counseling to individuals, groups, and families through regular treatment sessions and prevention programs for Youth and Adults.
- Prepare client records according to state and agency requirements by utilizing Microsoft Office products effectively.
- Maintain active contact with County/City probation departments and other legal resources as needed to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Collaborate with Mental Health, Prevention, and Domestic Violence staff to facilitate interdisciplinary treatment planning.
- Assist in formulating program goals and objectives with the Substance Abuse Group Leader.
