The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for applicant attraction, candidate screening, and hiring of non-clinical, certified, clinical (non-provider), and professional roles. The Talent Acquisition Partner is charged with maintaining cohesive team communications on talent acquisition candidate pipelines, metrics, standards, and TA enhancements to hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be an integral part of CareAbout’s people operations team strategizing and leveraging your skills in pursuit of hiring top talent. Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
- Work with organizational hiring managers to assess recruitment needs for their departments.
- Consult with departments on recruitment techniques, strategy, and processes that will be used to secure top talent for the hiring manager.
- Source potential applicants through alternate sourcing channels, databases, leveraging current networks for applicant flow
- Work to identify additional applicant pool(s) in designated areas (alumni, associations, schools, training programs, etc.)
- Ability to consistently maintain a pool of 25-30 new prospects per week through various sourcing channels leading to candidate screenings.
- Proactively partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing pipelines, and screening strategies that align with “Right Hire” strategy.
- Responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes to include sourcing strategies, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling hiring manager interviews, negotiating offers, and completing all pre-boarding activities for new hires.
- Develop and implement consistent communication strategies to engage internal and external candidates/customers.
- Assure compliance with all state and federal employment regulations, including all employment related CareAbout policies and procedures are properly administered.
- Assist with the implementation and enhancements to the on-boarding function as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field. Equivalent combination of education, or experience in lieu of degree.
- 5 years of progressive recruitment experience in recruitment.
- 3 years of experience as a recruiter in a 3rd party or recruitment agency (2-years recruitment, 2-year sourcing can be substituted).
- 2 years’ experience in a healthcare services environment required.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated effective sourcing via online resume mining/sourcing, internet job boards and interactive media tools.
- Demonstrated effective sourcing with data base, boolean searches, or other online sources.
- Proven ability to influence candidates via electronic, and voice media.
- Effective at candidate screening using DDI principles.
- Knowledge of EEO/OFCCP requirements and applicable employment laws.
- Advanced proficiency in computer-based programs such as MS Office, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems iCIMS, WorkDay, UKG).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in working with various management levels.
- Demonstrated effective analytical, problem solving, judgment, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, with competing deadlines in an effective manner
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with WorkDay.
Physical Requirements:
- Mainly sedentary.
- Sitting at the desk most of the day.
- Standing or walking less than two hours per day.
- Lifting no more than ten pounds on rare occasions.
- Must be able to work at a computer and answer phone calls on a regular basis.
