About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and execute strategic planning projects in water resource management and environmental sectors. This role involves coordinating tasks, ensuring alignment with project objectives, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and managing project timelines. The Project Manager will play a vital role in executing project strategies, achieving deliverables, and improving efficiencies. This role is dependent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of project execution, ensuring alignment with objectives and schedules.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure effective alignment and integration of project resources and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project management plans and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies and plans as necessary.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risks efficiently.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects in federal, water resource management, or environmental sectors.
- PMP certification required.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning or organizational development projects.
- Ability to pass a government clearance.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software.
- Ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and timelines effectively.

Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience with federal environmental regulations and compliance.
- Certifications in Agile methodologies.
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
