TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
Residential / commercial system repairs
Installing high-tech smart irrigation controllers and sensors
Educating customers on efficient products and program scheduling
Install Micro and drip irrigation installation and enhancements
Keeping aesthetic of the lawn after underground repairs
Adding on to existing systems
Superior customer service
High level of communication with all departments
Valve and manifold repair and rebuilding
LEARNING ON THE JOB
Onsite training complimented by our Conserva University online module course
Independent management of company vehicle and schedule with ability to work on a team for large projects
Assess residential irrigation systems through our proven SES sales process
Assess commercial irrigation systems through our proven CSA sales process
Advance to sales, lead, or foreman positions to create a career in irrigation
QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of documented irrigation industry experience and proficiency required
Ability to manage large projects / installations
Desire for growth and professionalism
Clean driving record
Results-oriented
Motivation to earn production bonuses
Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
