We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in a part-time capacity. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Compensation Details
This is a seasonal opportunity with varying hours throughout the year: 20 hours/week from March to November and 8 hours/week from December to February. You can work from home with weekly/monthly in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office operations, including maintaining databases, updating reports, and ordering supplies.
- Provide administrative support in lead generation, customer loyalty, and accounting.
- Answer all incoming sales, service, and vendor phone calls, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate installation and service department activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to challenges.
