Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Irrigation Technician to join our team, As an Irrigation, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing irrigation system for residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of landscape, irrigation system, mechanical skills and troubleshooting
Responsibilities: -Install ,repair and maintain the irrigation system
Inspect , troubleshot and diagnose defects and make the necessary repairs-wire tracking, locate missing valves and missing wires, backflow fitting maintenance , Perform regular maintenance tasks such as adjusting sprinkler heads, cleaning filters, and replacing damage components- Ensure water distribution and coverage by adjusting timers , valves and sprinklers according to design plans- Diagnose leaks , blockages or other defects
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Requirements : Previous experience in irrigation system repair and installation , Knowledge of using wire locating machine , other machine for electric diagnostic , valve performance diagnostic and irrigation controller diagnostic
Familiarity with water pumps and the required troubleshooting , using trenchers , hand tools and power tools used in irrigation system installation and repair
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent problem -solving skills to diagnose any other irrigation issues
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches or lifting heavy tasks
Salary : $16 - $25
