Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $475 per week, plus housing provided, paid out bi-weekly. This comprehensive compensation package ensures that our team members are supported and motivated throughout their service term.

Job Description

As a YCC Mentor with Conservation Legacy, you will play a critical role in guiding a team of young adults, ages 15-18, in conservation projects within Petrified Forest National Park. Your leadership and mentorship will inspire and empower these individuals to take ownership of their work and develop valuable skills in teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be able to provide training and guidance to your crew members, while maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment. Additionally, you will need to have a valid driver's license and be eligible to receive an AmeriCorps Education Award.
