Landscape Foreman

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and installation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for outdoor work, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks while supervising and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of landscaping projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Supervise and train team members in landscape maintenance techniques, including lawn care, garden upkeep, and tree care.
• Manage the irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert advice on design and maintenance options.
• Perform groundskeeping tasks such as planting, mulching, weeding, and mowing as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all landscaping activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of gardening techniques, lawn care practices, groundskeeping, irrigation systems, and tree care.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical labor.
• Valid driver's license is preferred for transportation between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.14 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 65 per week
