We are looking for an individual with advanced proficiency in Salesforce, experience with sales process optimization, quota and compensation planning, territory planning, and enablement. Your excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills will be essential in leading change management efforts and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and other teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide timely, actionable insights into sales performance and pipeline health
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to design and optimize sales processes that improve efficiency and drive better outcomes
- Partner with the VP of Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to ensure the Sales team is equipped with the right tools, training, and resources to be successful
- Lead change management efforts for process and tool improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and high adoption of new systems or processes
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales leadership to design fair, motivating, and attainable quota and compensation plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role within a recurring revenue business
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, including report/dashboard creation and customization
- Experience with sales process optimization, quota and compensation planning, territory planning, and enablement
- Strong proficiency with sales engagement platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/Salesloft or similar tools
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights
