What You'll Do
- Assist in developing project management documents such as budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans
- Monitor project progress and team tasks to ensure alignment with goals
- Schedule and coordinate stakeholder meetings
- Document processes and organize important materials within a Knowledge Base
- Manage departmental calendars and schedule team activities
- Compose and distribute project status reports
- Organize and streamline PMO tools and systems for efficiency
- Excellent Communication Skills - You'll interact with project managers, stakeholders, and teams, ensuring seamless collaboration
- Problem-Solving Mindset - Challenges arise, and you'll need to think on your feet to find solutions
- Top-Tier Organizational Skills - From time management to decision-making, you keep things running smoothly
- Documentation Management - Keeping accurate records of project plans, reports, and meeting minutes is second nature to you
- Familiarity with Google Suite & Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Adobe, ClickUp, Asana, Knowledge Base, or ZenDesk.
- Experience within a startup environment.
- Experience with data analysis and data visualization.
