As a Legal Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our Human Capital & Talent / Legal Talent teams. This position is vital for fostering communication between local and global management committees and assisting in the strategic initiatives of the firm. You'll be based in either our San Francisco or Silicon Valley office, with responsibilities spanning both locations, which will occasionally require travel. We value flexibility and offer a hybrid working schedule, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work, with an emphasis on in-office presence.
Role Responsibilities :
- Provide essential support for development initiatives focused on improving associate morale and retention, assisting with reintegration after leave, coordinating exit processes, and serving as an information resource for associates and partners regarding orientation and development.
- Organize and facilitate onboarding and training for new hires, including lateral associates, and manage inter-office transfers and secondments.
- Plan and execute attorney-related events, meetings, and orientations, setting objectives, negotiating with vendors, managing budgets, processing expenses, and delegating tasks effectively.
- Assist in implementing employment policies and coordinate approval processes, while developing relationships with key stakeholders to address ongoing needs and support Legal Talent initiatives.
- Encourage effective work practices and foster a respectful and supportive environment for all employees.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential information maintained by the firm.

Compensation : $80,000.00 - $95,000.00, plus overtime and bonus.
