Qualifications
High school diploma required; college education strongly encouraged.
Prior experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant is essential.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in prioritizing and coordinating tasks.
Capable of maintaining confidentiality and managing workflow effectively.

Eager to learn new skills and adapt to new technologies including computer systems, duplicating machines, and scanners.
Familiarity with iManage, MS Office, Elite, 3E, Chrome River, and CovReservation is beneficial.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support within a team of Legal Administrative Assistants in a Secretarial Service Center (SSC).
Coordinate efficient office procedures and workflows, aligning with Firm policies, while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Collaborate effectively with fellow Legal Administrative Assistants, covering other SSCs when needed and volunteering for additional tasks when time allows.
Mentor and share best practices with assigned Legal Administrative Assistants, providing guidance on Firm policies and procedures.
Organize and schedule client meetings, book conference rooms, and coordinate audio-visual equipment and catering as needed through CovReservations.
Manage all aspects of lawyer travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reimbursements, while also monitoring their Outlook calendars and important deadlines.
Communicate pertinent information with team members, manage incoming emails as directed, and assist visitors as required.
Prepare, revise, and proofread a variety of documents including correspondence, memos, and legal documents using Excel, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Use iManage effectively for document management, maintaining searchable electronic records.
Organize hard copy and electronic document storage, updating subscription books as necessary.
Accurately maintain lawyers' time in 3E and prepare client billing in accordance with client requirements.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency by completing work assignments within agreed deadlines.
Create and update lawyer preference profiles to reflect specific instructions and expectations.
Notify the Legal Administrative Assistants Supervisor of your daily arrival and provide any relevant information.
Plan any time away from the office with team members before seeking supervisor approval.
Submit timesheets on time; all overtime must be pre-approved.
Participate actively in the Legal Administrative Assistants Certification Program.
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Complete additional duties as assigned for the efficient operation of the department.
Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive firm and client information.
Compensation : $79,000.00-$110,500.00, plus overtime and bonus
