Our client seeks a highly qualified mid-level/senior associate with 3 or more years of experience to join their Private Equity Group. Candidate must have experience both working in teams and in managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture capital transactions and exits and equity compensation. Candidate must be proactive, with a strong business sense, stellar communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
Candidates applying for attorney positions should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable AMLAW 100 law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. New York Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and deal sheet required.

- Candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school (T14 school is preferred.)
- Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice.

The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $425,000.
