What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mid Level Corporate Associate position at Considine Search?
Our client is seeking an outstanding 3rd or 4th year lateral associate who has M&A and
equity and/or debt finance experience with private and public companies, hedge funds,
private equity funds and other investors. Corporate attorneys at the firm also act as outside
general counsel to clients advising on corporate governance, legal compliance, including
SEC regulatory and stock exchange requirements, and risk management.
The law firm's clients are sophisticated and global and seek the firm’s counsel for high stakes
transactions, strategic decisions, solutions and planning.
Abilities and Skills needed:
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a law firm environment (Amlaw 100 and 200 firms only please.)
High level of academic achievement
Strong writing skills
Confident, mature presence and speaking ability
Ability to develop lasting connections with the law firm's colleagues and clients
Admission to the New York bar is required
Salary : $240,000 - $295,000
