Essential Functions :
- Lead planning, development, implementation, and execution of regional public relations and communications programs.
- Draft news announcements, press releases, media advisories, written statements, and talking points for speaking engagements and milestone events.
- Develop Q&As for media, including groundbreakings, topping-off ceremonies, interviews, and ongoing PR campaigns.
- Manage owned media, including op-eds, and create compelling storylines to support social media content development.
- Execute social media strategy and content plan to align with PR objectives.
- Track and report on PR campaign results and outcomes.
- Aggregate press clips and perform proactive media monitoring and tracking, compiling reports as needed.
- Collaborate with project teams and other departments to support special projects.
- Cultivate and maintain successful relationships with key reporters and relevant media outlets.
