Essential Functions
- Production - act as Production Assistant on larger shoots, and as camera operator (either primary or secondary) on smaller shoots.
- Post-Production - act as Assistant Editor on larger projects (case studies, proposal videos, etc.), and as lead editor on smaller edits (social cuts, internal content, etc.)
- Strong storytelling skills, creativity, and organization.
- The ability and desire to learn and assist with all other aspects of production and pre-production.
- Manage gear and infrastructure, sourcing stock footage and music, and managing the video server and digital asset management system.
- Bring a marketing mind, an eye for persuasion, and a curiosity for making construction life look engaging on video.
