Self-Perform Assistant Estimator
Serve as an integral part of Consigli's Self Perform team.
Essential Functions
- Assist in quantity take-offs and estimate development for concrete, demo, finishes, masonry restoration, rough framing, drywall, exterior skin, and ceilings on selected projects, while preparing cost comparisons and reconciliations with previous estimates.
- Support buyout of subcontractors and suppliers, writing contacts and material purchase agreements for scopes of work.
- Develop submittal packages, shop drawings, etc. for all self-perform packages awarded.
- Perform site visits to ongoing self-perform operations, serving as a resource for field crews to understand how initial plans were generated.
