We’re looking for dedicated Back of House Staff to join our culinary team and help us deliver exceptional food to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, with a focus on Neapolitan pizza and raw bar offerings.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Assist with food prep, including washing, chopping, and marinating ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during busy shifts.
- Help with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Assist in creating and implementing new menu items.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a back-of-house role, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting.
- Knowledge of pizza-making techniques, raw bar preparation, and food safety regulations.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
