The Consiglio-Mattei Executive Search Group, LLC is seeking a highly qualified Senior Controller to oversee the financial activities of one of our mortgage banking clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all accounting operational functions
- Manage the accumulation and consolidation of financial data
- Complete monthly bank account reconciliations
- Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of finance experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
- Experience in a senior financial role at a mortgage company or financial institution strongly preferred
