Consilio / LOD ELS Talent Solutions is seeking a Litigation Attorney with recent litigation experience for a long term contract for a boutique law firm in DC.
Permanent, salaried hire for the right candidate
Must have recent experience managing cases and all aspects of litigation, including :
Drafting of demands, motions and pleadings; client interaction; court appearances; taking / defending depositions; arguing motions; appearing on court status conferences, and trial attendance
Details :
Contract Attorney, Litigator, long term, substantive work
Hybrid remote : 3 or 4 days per week in the DC office
Long term / open – ended / possible hire for the right candidate
Must live commutable distance to Washington, DC
A boutique law firm specializing in litigation related to injuries resulting from vaccines
REQUIRED :
Must have recent experience managing cases and all aspects of litigation, including :
Drafting of demands, motions and pleadings; client interaction; court appearances; taking / defending depositions; arguing motions; appearing on court status conferences, and trial attendance - This experience must be on your resume in order for you to be considered.
Bar admission in any US jurisdiction and eligibility for admission to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. (DC, VA or MD bar preferred)
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
