Our law firm client a national litigation boutique is seeking full-time IT Technical Support Specialist for their New York office. The function of the IT Tech Support is to address and resolve issues for all office personnel, including the deployment, administration, and / or support of technology systems essential to the day-to-day operations. This position is part of a team directed jointly by the IT Project Manager and the Director of IT.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Prepare and support remote trials “Road Show” equipment
- Assists with AV support in conference rooms to include light networking such as cabling and / or patch panel
- Maintain and track inventory for base office
- Assist with software installations / troubleshooting
- Participate in on-call rotation with other members in IT Department
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- Some travel is required to support trials
Qualifications :
Travel required for trial support and / or projects in other office locations.
