Our law firm client in DC is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of experience in commercial litigation .
The ideal candidate will have strong academics, excellent writing skills, and experience in handling complex litigation matters. A federal judicial clerkship is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and assist with litigation cases in various areas, incl. complex commercial and business litigation.
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, and assist in case strategy development.
- Represent clients in discovery, depositions, and court proceedings.
- Work closely with senior attorneys on complex matters and client relations.
