Excellent opportunity to provide key clerical support as part of the nursing administrative team. The Staffing & Payroll Office Coordinator role is focused on delivering balanced scheduling and timekeeping services. Along with key administrative support for the clinical leadership team and Staffing Manager, this role will demonstrate a deep sense of caring and compassion for the clients and employees. This is a Full-Time position Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
We want to speak with individuals who have 2 years administrative experience in a healthcare setting or similar fast-paced office role.
Must have proficiency of Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Outlook and payroll/timekeeping software such as Kronos, ADP, Smartlinx or similar, along with prior experience in time and attendance and/or staffing and scheduling. Seeking those who have excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency, and able to organize and prioritize changing deadlines.
