We are urgently seeking a Board-Certified General Surgeon for an exciting locum tenens opportunity in Tennessee. This position offers 24-hour call coverage , competitive compensation, and a supportive environment with a wide range of surgical services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide 24-hour general surgery call coverage , including ER call and unattached patient needs.
- Perform inpatient and outpatient surgeries , including appendectomies, cholecystectomies, and hernioplasties.
- Cover the clinic for surgical consultations and follow-up care for patients.
- Handle acute care needs , including trauma (Level 4 facility).
- Maintain hospital privileges and provide comprehensive care to patients under facility guidelines.
