• M-F 8 hours per day or M-T 10 hours per day

• Leads psychiatric activities, diagnosing, and treating individuals while monitoring trends.
• Administers specialized psychiatric treatments, assessments, and procedures.
• Analyzes system data to ensure individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
• Ensures implementation of treatment plans by providing consultation or training to staff.
• Leads meetings to drive necessary changes and ensures successful implementation.
• Recommends care guidelines in response to regulations or public health needs.
• Oversees the multi-disciplinary approach to resident care.
• Works independently with minimal supervision and extensive use of judgment.
