GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Strategic Partnership Manager reports to the CEO & President. This position will collaborate with Internal stakeholders to onboard new vendors and vendor products.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee design and implementation of processes and procedures to onboard new vendors and complete checklists for renewals, using Monday.com.
- Obtain executed documents such as BA and NDA. Coordinate contracts between stakeholders and vendors.
- Management of the vendor implementation process, serving as lead for all implementation and integration efforts both internally and externally, using Monday.com.
- Serve as the primary day to day contact for vendors and internal project stakeholders in relationship to vendor products. Monitor Vendor performance.
- Coordinate internal meetings, set agendas, and coordinate tasks lists for implementation with appropriate internal departments.
- Engage Vendors in ongoing meetings to create relationships, resolve issues and acquire knowledge of new product offerings.
- Creation of materials/vendor catalogue for internal distribution. Maintain Vendor Data Base: profiles, contact information, rates, etc.
- Address and resolve vendor issues and complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments.
- Track and trend issues to determine common issues that require process improvements.
- Acquire and gather any vendor provided materials for client meetings and furnish to the appropriate departments.
- Transition Vendor to appropriate party, for example, once PBM is onboarded, CRC would coordinate calls with client PBM.
- Work alongside the Business Development team to audit all proposals and renewals for accurate vendor rates.
- Assist with annual Rx DC Reporting requirements.
- Serve as the resource for leadership when inquiring about vendors and client participation.
- Work with the Director of Project Management to assist with vendor interfaces.
- Other possible duties as may be assigned.

- Assist customers through the insurance claims submission/enrollment experience.
- Respond to customer and producer requests in a timely manner, returning calls promptly and keeping them informed of delays before they ask.
- Make decisions based on customer needs, opinions, complaints or suggestions.
- Take appropriate steps to resolve problems to the customer's or producer's satisfaction.
- Ask customers for their opinions, accepting criticism as an opportunity to improve service.
- Seek opportunities, provide value-added services, and eliminate tasks that do not serve our customer.

- Project a positive, professional image when working.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or Associates degree in health, business or related field or comparable work experience.
- Understanding of the Insurance Industry, marketing, and sales.
- Excellent human relations skills.
- Must be articulate, possess a professional business manner and have excellent organizational and communication skills.
