Gavin Power Plant, a 2,600-megawatt supercritical facility in Cheshire, Ohio, invites enthusiastic and driven engineering students to join us as Engineering Interns.
What You’ll Do:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile and analyze performance data for GADS (Generation Availability Data System) and assist with periodic reports to improve station reliability, safety, and efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Support engineers by interpreting trends, troubleshooting equipment, and assisting in root cause failure analyses.
- Project Support: Assist with field projects, maintenance activities, and equipment inspections. Contribute to improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Documentation: Manage technical libraries, update drawings, and assist with document control.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with core teams and station management to drive performance enhancements and process improvements.
