The Ideal Candidate
- Must have an Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent education/experience.
- Should have 3 years of experience in outage/project planning, outage coordinator/project field work activities, and/or plant operations.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to read and understand technical documentation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop plans to improve Operations, Maintenance, and Outage efficiency.
- Assist in providing input to annual budget and monthly forecasts.
- Prepare and analyze reports using work management systems and Business Objects.
- Ensure work is accomplished according to schedule and plan.
