Position Summary:
Consolidated Chassis Management (CCM) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Commercial Operations to bridge the liaison between CCM’s Partners, Sales, and Operations. Ensuring seamless execution of customer contracts and engage directly with CCM’s internal and external partners. This individual will serve as the voice of the customer within corporate operations, advocating for customer needs while driving internal alignment to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Fleet Customer Contract Management: Oversee the execution and administration of customer agreements, ensuring contract compliance and service-level expectations. Work closely with legal, finance, and sales teams to implement contract terms.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary interface between Sales and Operations, translating customer commitments into actionable operational plans. Facilitate communication to align priorities and resolve service-related challenges.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the internal champion for customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed within corporate operations. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Operational Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, logistics, and fleet management, to optimize asset utilization and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), customer feedback, and operational data to identify trends, address service gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations, streamlining workflows and communication channels.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the company’s long-term strategic goals by providing insights on market trends, customer behavior, and operational challenges to internal and external stakeholders. Assist in developing new commercial strategies to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in commercial operations, fleet management, logistics, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of contract management, customer service principles, and operational execution.
- Proven track record of successfully working across departments to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working with CRM systems, contract management software, and operational analytics tools.
