Job Summary:
As an Outside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to grow our customer base and increase product sales. This role requires a high-energy individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the lead for the Outside Sales Team in defining the best practices for sales strategies and delivering world-class customer experience.
· Set quarterly and annual sales goals.
· Motivate the sales team to achieve their goals.
· Expand sales of product lines to existing customers.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries
· Conduct cold calls, site visits, and product demonstrations to prospective clients with sales Reps.
· Travel up to 75% of the time.
Qualifications:
· Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel as needed.
· 2 years of sales experience
· Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM software
