Duties
- Manage all aspects of construction projects including planning, execution, and delivery.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety standards (OSHA) and quality control measures.
- Prepare and review schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Troubleshoot issues on-site using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical systems when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, including timelines, materials used, and labor costs.
- Travel is required.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
- Familiarity with construction management software.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety practices within the construction industry.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
