In this role, the Electric Vehicle Programs Business Development Support Manager will support the sales team, orchestrate event coordination, collaborate with corporate marketing and market research, create presentations and collateral, oversee marketing inquiries, train outreach teams on event preparation, control budgets, and deliver upper management reports.   • Collaborate with corporate marketing to strategize and implement impactful campaigns.
  • Curate engaging content for program collateral in line with brand guidelines.
  • Initiate, track, and optimize marketing requests.
  • Train outreach teams on event preparation.
  • Shape marketing plans and budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with priorities.
  • Utilize Salesforce for accurate tracking of activities and campaign performance.
  • Present comprehensive upper management reports on campaigns, performance, and budgets.
  • Pioneer surveys and focus groups with market research to steer effective strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day activity of ongoing marketing programs.
  • Represent the Company at industry conferences, events, and meetings as needed.
  • Hybrid work arrangement including reporting to Company headquarters at 4 Irving Place in New York City, as well as attending industry conferences and events, and in-person customer/developer meetings.
  • Ensure that safe work practices are followed, and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.
  • May have oversight of future direct reports.
  • Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years' work experience with 2 years marketing, outreach, or sales support.
Relevant Work Experience
  • Demonstrated work experience in marketing, outreach, or sales support. Required
  • Strong ability to translate complex ideas into compelling marketing messages. Required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Required
  • Extreme attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and precision in all tasks. Required
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project). Expertise in PowerPoint, creating visually appealing and impactful presentations. Required
  • Creative mindset, bringing innovative ideas and approaches to marketing campaigns. Required
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing information and making recommendations based on that information. Required
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills. Required
  • Can-do attitude, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges. Required
  • Experience developing materials that enable effective interaction with customers, developers, and all levels of management. Preferred
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools. Preferred
  • Experience or familiarity with energy programs or electric transportation. Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
  • Driver's License Required
Additional Physical Demands
  • Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
