Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Perform all duties of lower job classifications.
- Required to perform all routine daily vehicle servicing, preventive maintenance, general maintenance consisting of parts replacement only.
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals.
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety.
- Maintain proper service and maintenance records.
- Assist personnel of higher classification.
- Be able to perform work at skill level C, as defined as work which requires definite eye / hand coordination. Some basic knowledge of components or systems to enable the technician to make necessary inquires. Diagnostic abilities are limited to a single possible cause for any specific condition, while maintaining certain tolerances needed to satisfactorily complete the assignment.
- Must be able to read, write and take verbal instructions.
- Maintain allocation of inventory and restock shelve and bin locations.
