System Analyst, Operation Management Systems

Job Description

The System Analyst will be part of a team that supports Operation Management Systems. This position will involve analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing software solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a passion for technology and business analysis.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications to support business functions.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new systems and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure software functionality and performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide support (including off-hours) and training to end-users on new applications and systems.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
