Job Description
The Technical Associate is responsible for the on-going enhancement and technical support of the existing IT application portfolio in Business Systems Delivery for the DERMS application. This individual will also be responsible for all aspects of new applications development as well as vendor systems implementations : Planning, Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Training, Implementation, and on-ongoing Technical Support. This job will primarily focus on supporting m micro service software architecture and Kubernetes. This position is also responsible for the day-to-day IT administrative tasks, problem solving, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- On-going enhancement and technical support of the existing DERMS and AMI / OMS application portfolio.
- Support production systems by troubleshooting and resolving systems and client issues.
- Responsible for supporting all aspects of new applications development life cycle including vendor systems.
- implementations, Planning, Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Training,
- Implementation, and on-ongoing Technical Support.
- Works with limited supervision on low complexity project tasks.
- Communicates regularly, openly and honestly with manager, team leads, and business partners using appropriate and effective methods. Raises concerns and issues appropriately.
- Preform other related tasks and assignments as required.
