Role Description
This is a full-time role in our Management Trainee Program on-site in Bellingham, WA. During the 2 to 2.5 year training program you will be required to relocate once in Western WA or Oregon, and then again upon completion of the program. As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with a solid foundation in various aspects of our business operations, including sales, customer service, and team management. You will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in training classes, and gain hands-on experience in various departments. No prior industry experience is necessary - we give you the tools to be successful.
Qualifications
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Exemplary organizational and time management skills
- 2 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
- Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills
- Strong public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients
- Effective interpersonal and complex problem-solving skills
- Considers themselves a self-starter, with a strong work ethic, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Prior experience in the electrical industry is a plus
- Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program
- Current, valid driver’s license, with acceptable driving record
- Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)
Job Type: Full Time, 40 hours, Day Shift, Monday-Friday, occasional travel by land and air
