Duties

- Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients, effectively communicating their benefits and features.
- Utilize sales software to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless transitions from lead generation to account management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective upselling techniques and strategic account management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Experience in inside sales or retail sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools for tracking performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to achieve results.
- Must have knowledge of electrical products.
