What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate/Sales Team Member position at Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc (CED)?
CED is looking for Warehouse Workers/Sales Associates to join our growing team!

Duties:
·Provide excellent customer service and support to customers as they purchase equipment from us or enter orders into our system.
·Assist customers with product selection, order status updates, returns/refunds, shipping/delivery information and other questions as needed.
·Assist with receiving incoming products from customers or delivery by unloading items from vehicles.
·Assist in preparation of orders for shipment by preparing paperwork, packing materials and preparing delivery documents.
·Prepare shipping labels, packing materials and other paperwork for delivery of products to customers.
·Maintain warehouse inventory by following procedures and guidelines set forth by CED or CED management.
·Keep warehouse clean and organized at all times.
·Report any maintenance issues to the Warehouse Manager.
·Operate forklifts when required.
·Other duties as assigned.
Education:
·High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
·Previous customer service experience preferred.
·Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Salary: $45,000-$55,000
