Distributor Trainee Position

About the Job
CED's competitive Sales Training Program provides the tools and training for learning the ins and outs of one of the nation's fastest-growing industries. As a Distributor Trainee, you will be exposed to various roles in each facet of the company, gaining experience in all aspects of the business. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and exemplifies stellar time management and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions
• Sitting for extended periods in office segments
• Some travel both by car and by air

You will participate in on-the-job training and mentoring, attend classes online and in-person, and contribute to goal-planning with Division and Training Managers. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, developing product knowledge, and providing technical information and explanations.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 18 years of age, a current valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship by CED now or in the future.
