Summary :
CED Dallas is looking for a Facilities Custodian for our CED Dallas Location. The facilities Custodian will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and cleaning different parts of the warehouse and office.
The successful candidate must be dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented; and have the ability to see what needs to be done with little direct supervision. They will oversee the companys facility operations, manage and perform janitorial duties
Reports to : Warehouse Manager
Minimum Qualifications :
- Must have knowledge of professional cleaning procedures and products in a commercial environment and demonstrated experience in custodial duties.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions including email / text
- Ability to communicate effectively
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES :
Preferred Qualifications :
1 to 2 years of previous experience in a facilities role
Working Conditions :
Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions including sometimes extreme hot / cold temperatures.
Supervisory Responsibilities : No
