Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via telephone and internet
- Write orders with accuracy and adherence to sales policies and procedures
- Maintain current customer base and meet established monthly sales goals
- Communicate and cooperate with outside sales force and other departments
- Communicate process improvement ideas
- Foster timely follow-up on customer orders, quotes, and materials
- Stay up-to-date with new and existing products and services
