About the Internship
We are seeking highly motivated and sales-oriented individuals to participate in our 12-week internship program.
The internship is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the electrical distribution industry, encompassing warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, counter sales, and customer relations.

Requirements
To be considered for this internship, applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Pursue a 4-year college degree (business preferred) with graduation no later than December 2026
- Have authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship by CED
- Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance
Preferred qualifications include strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills, experience in a warehouse/blue collar setting, leadership experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software.
Working Conditions
Conditions will vary based on the intern's current segment of the training and may include warehouse, office, and external environments. Activities may include lifting, sorting, standing, and possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may involve sitting for extended periods.
