Summary :
Job Purpose : To effectively manage commercial lighting jobs with business to business clients
We're looking for a key individual who's a hard worker and quick learner that can join our fast paced project department. The following attributes are necessary to be part of the team :
Process and release lighting projects from customer purchase orders and submittal packages
Communicate job status updates, ship schedules, billing and change orders
Great communicator and problem solver during tight deadlines and urgent requests
Manages multiple jobs with multiple customers ranging 1 month to 2 years per job
Communicates with account representatives, account executives, customers, and project quotes to ensure the job and resulting orders are complete.

Maintain shipping schedules on projects and update customers daily / weekly
Coordinate deliveries between our warehouse and customers
Work closely with Outside Sales to solidify customer relationships
Accurately bill for materials shipped
Collaborate with industry partners to resolve issues
