Job Title: Production Coordinator
Wage Range: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Reports to: Director of Operations
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for creating and supports the execution of the master schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
(Other duties may be assigned):
Liaison between sales and operations.- Receives sales orders and enters them into planning spreadsheet.
- Develop the master schedule.
- Develop daily production build schedule that meets company’s delivery and inventory objectives.
- Creates job packets according to build schedule and sales orders.
- Plans and coordinates work in material handling.
- Manages expedites to ensure manufactured and shipped timely.
- Works with production Leaders to ensure scheduled dates are achieved.
- Supports data collection as needed.
- Maintain stock orders and inventory on hand.
- Monitor critical dates and make scheduling adjustments as needed.
- Proactively initiates solutions to scheduling problems due to sales order changes or labor availability.

Education and/or Experience:
- Minimal experience necessary – employee will be trained in all tasks required.
- Experience in manufacturing or other planning/scheduling activities preferred.
- Strong administrative capabilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with frequent re-prioritization.
- Analytical and computer skills necessary.
- Seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, mature individual with a desire to succeed and grow with the position.
