- This position works Monday through Friday from 6:30am - 3:00pm. The salaryrange for this position is between $95,000- $115,000depending on experience
- Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models
- Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software
- Programming and adjusting the machine settings until the desired specifications are met
- Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job
- Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications
- Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process
- Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product
- Training staff on the operation procedures
- Creating instructions for operators/setup personnel
- Checking completed programs by running simulations or tests
- Analyzing and selecting feeds & speeds
- High School/GED or equivalent education is required
- 5 yearsof experience in CNC Programming is required
- 5 years of experience with MasterCamsoftware is required
- Must be mechanically inclined and have the ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Aerospace experience a plus!
