Overview :
Consolidated Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team as a CONSTANT OBSERVER.
Duties :
Under direct supervision, and according to established procedures, observes and monitors assigned patient(s) behavior.
Assist with ADL's as needed.
Provides safety interventions and basic self-care needs as needed while providing attention to specific patients behavioral needs.
Qualifications :
- 1 year experience as a Nursing Assistant
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Compassionate and empathetic nature towards patients
