The Service Parts Manager will oversee and optimize the availability, distribution, and technical support for TruckWings service parts. This role is responsible for managing service parts inventory, ensuring timely shipping, providing exceptional customer support, and assisting with prototype and demo product builds. This is a key role that bridges operational efficiency with outstanding customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, technical environment.
This role requires working in an office and warehouse environment (not hybrid or remote) at ConMet's corporate headquarters in Vancouver, Washington. Non-local candidates must be open to relocation (relocation assistance available.
Key Duties :
- Manage service parts inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Ensure prompt and efficient shipping of service parts to customers.
- Develop and maintain internal and external reporting on inventory, shipping performance, and customer feedback.
- Provide technical support to customers, helping them identify the parts they need based on field issues.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve service-related inquiries.
- Assist engineering teams with prototype and demo product builds.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and logistics teams to align service parts availability with customer needs.

Compensation & Benefits
ESOP - Participation (100% company paid) in the ConMet / Amsted Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). The Company contributes 10% of considered compensation into this plan each fiscal year.
